ASSISTANCE

While connecting is one of the ways we want to help serve the breast cancer community we are also going to be providing assistance to women in the Fort Bragg, Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Sanford and Fayetteville area in North Carolina. Our assistances includes a vouchers to get groceries delivered to your home, via InstaCart or Walmart. If you are interested in this assistance please fill out this one page form, front and back, sign the form and then send it to our email. Assistance will be given out on a first come first serve basis. If multiple applications come in it will be based on active treatment verse post active treatment.
